Delivery Policy
For all deliveries:
- alpargatauris.com sales and delivers only to the following countries: UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and the KSA
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available in the UAE. Outside UAE, COD orders will be automatically canceled, and only pre-paid orders will be processed and delivered.
- Free shipping above 300 AED applicable only in the UAE
- Delivery charges will be indicated during your checkout process, in Dirhams (UAE).
- Shipping rates outside UAE are calculated based on shipping weight and exclude taxes and duties at destination unless noted otherwise (additional charges might be collected at a delivery outside UAE)
- alpargatauris.com will ship your order within 24 hours of the order confirmation, provided that contact and address details have been provided accurately. Any orders made online on a Sunday or public holiday will be processed on the next working day and then normal delivery time will follow.
- In UAE, the orders placed before 16:00h (UAE time) will arrive by the next labour day between 9h to 21h.
- You can arrange "Same day delivery service" in UAE: Same day delivery for orders placed before 12.00h (GMT+4), to be delivered between 15h to 21h at a fee of AED 25. This service is only available in UAE and will be delivered the next working day when placed on Sunday or during Public holidays.
- EID festivities and long public holidays might result in delivery delays of additional 72h till the next labour day
- Shipping outside UAE depends on shipping partners (DHL) and the delivery time can go up to 6 labor days.
- alpargatauris.com will send you an email as soon as your item has been shipped with a tracking number so that you can track your order through our shipper’s portal.
- You will receive your items in the original shoe box.
- We use TG, Quiqup for all our UAE deliveries and DHL for outside UAE deliveries.
- Please, keep with you the proof of delivery receipt signed and confirmed by the customer.
